We see that congestion can lead to panic. People over ask peak load and therefor allocate an unused amount of peak load. Rice is predominantly consumed in Africa and Asia and has a high correlation to poverty and malnutrition. Globally 811 million people go to bed hungry every night, and yet 82.7 million tonnes of rice are annually lost between farm and fork. This is equivalent to nearly 306 billion tonnes of water wasted, and 48.3 million tonnes of methane produced without purpose.
